Our shuttle runs on weekdays during the peak commute periods, with the exception of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after)
  • Christmas Eve Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve (Reduced Schedule)

For Mid-day and evening connections to downtown Mountain View, check out the Mountain View Community Shuttle.

To view the location of an MVgo shuttle in real-time or to get arrival predictions, use the “Real Time Arrivals” section on our homepage or download the RIDEMVGO App.

For feedback or issues relating to the real-time tracking system, please email techsupport@mvgo.org.

Did your MVgo shuttle not arrive?

MVgo will reimburse commuters up to $15 for the cost of alternative transportation when an MVgo shuttle is more than 15 minutes late or leaves more than three minutes early from a designated MVgo stop. Commuters may use any form of transportation as their “last- or first-mile” connection to and/or from the Mountain View Transit Center. Read more about our Guaranteed Last-Mile Link.
